If you want to use these for practice, remember the exam format: a 4-5 minute clip screened 4 times over 30 minutes; watch the 1st screening ti the end before taking any notes. You get gaps between screenings of 3-4 minutes (3 times) to take notes.
How you take notes is a key skill in itself, and is well worth practicing even if you don't go on to write the 45-minute essay from these.
